GST212W Wafer Level Packing thermal imaging detector is developed by Global Sensor Technology (GST). Wafer level packaging (WLP) is the process of completing high vacuum packaging directly on the entire MEMS wafer, then scribing and cutting to make a single infrared detector.
The GST212W is a 256x192 resolution, 12μm pixel size and low SWaP-C uncooled LWIR detector. Due to its miniature size, lightweight and low power consumption, GST212W uncooled thermal detector can be widely used in many new emerging markets like consumer electronics.
