GST1212M uncooled infrared detector is a kind of VOx microbolometer with the state-of-the-art 12µm pixel size and large array 1280x1024 resolution. Due to the rapid development of uncooled infrared focal plane detector technology, metal package uncooled infrared sensor has characteristics of significantly improved sensitivity, smaller pixel spacing, and larger array size.
Based on metal package technics and TEC technology, GST1212M uncooled infrared microbolometer has high sensitivity, stable performance characteristics and can present clear imaging quality in various kinds of harsh working environment such as total darkness, thick fog, heavy rain, snow, sand storm etc.
Now microbolometer detector is a mainstream uncooled infrared focal plane detector in the market and has the most mature technology and the highest market share.
