The GAVIN GC615MB thermal infrared camera module is widely used in NDT, Environmental Monitoring, Long-Range Surveillance, Scientific Research, and related fields.
- High sensitivity and excellent performance
- World-leading technology in infrared industry
- Various infrared detectors available (both uncooled and cooled IR detectors in different formats and pixel sizes)
- Volume production to ensure fast delivery (three production lines with annual production capability up to millions of detectors)
Cryocoolers maintain sensors at extremely low temperatures to enable thermal imaging during long-term missions. Many high-end applications require sensors to operate at these low temperatures for optimal image capture.
Long battery life and reliable operation are primary quality indicators. SensorMicro cryocoolers feature a wide operating temperature range and excellent reliability, with MTTF (Mean Time to Failures) reaching 10,000 hours to meet 24/7 operational requirements.
MTTF (Mean Time to Failure) measures part reliability by indicating average lifespan before replacement. This metric provides insight into component quality and value - longer-lasting parts deliver greater value.
Infrared thermal imaging technology primarily serves temperature measurement and all-weather imaging functions. Products based on these technologies are widely used in security & monitoring, industrial inspection, firefighting, predictive maintenance, ADAS, epidemic prevention, and AIoT applications.
