The GAVIN GC615LA is a standard cooled infrared module from SensorMicro's GC series, featuring a cooled 640x512/15µm LWIR infrared detector. Advanced image processing algorithms deliver clear infrared imaging in total darkness or adverse weather conditions.

Thermal Sensitivity, also named NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference), is a key parameter for evaluating medium wave (MWIR) and long wave (LWIR) thermal imaging cameras. It represents the signal-to-noise ratio of temperature difference measured in milliKelvins (mK). Smaller values indicate higher sensitivity and clearer images.
Temperature measurement and all-weather imaging are the core functions of infrared thermal imaging technology. Applications include security & monitoring, industrial inspection, firefighting, predictive maintenance, ADAS, epidemic prevention, and AIoT systems.
