Carbon monoxide (CO) is a common gas in high-temperature metallurgy, petroleum refining, and similar industrial processes. It is colorless, odorless, highly diffusive, and toxic, while traditional gas detection methods often suffer from blind spots and high miss rates.
The LFM330Z7 gas leak detection infrared camera core, developed based on the LFD330Z7 detector with a resolution of 320x256 and pixel size at 30μm, operates in the 4.5-4.7μm spectral band, which is suitable for detecting CO and other gases with similar infrared absorption features. The product features wide-area scanning, long-range detection, and visualized imaging, enabling precise leak localization. It can be easily integrated into various intelligent inspection devices, effectively improving hazard identification efficiency and enhancing industrial safety.
