Product Description
320×256/30μm Optical Gas Imaging Infrared Detector MWIR Cooled for Visualization of Invisible CO₂
In carbon capture, power equipment operation, and industrial production processes, CO₂ leakage not only leads to the failure of carbon reduction targets, but long-term accumulation may also cause equipment failures. Traditional detection methods are invisible, unsafe, and prone to omission, making it difficult to achieve accurate detection.
The LFD330Z6 infrared detector for gas leak detection provides high-precision and sensitive detection. It professionally targets extremely low concentration CO₂ leakage scenarios, achieving non-contact, long-distance, and visual leakage positioning to overcome the shortcomings of traditional detection methods. CO₂ can also be used as a tracer gas for indirect detection of hydrogen gas, further expanding the equipment's application scenarios.
Main Features
- Clear detection of leaks with high effective pixel rate
- Equipped with gas enhanced HSM algorithm (for module)
- High sensitivity for precise gas detection
- High reliability in demanding environments
- Easy integration with support for various interfaces
- RAW/YUV image output compatibility

Core Technology
Strong R&D Capabilities
SensorMicro is one of China's earliest companies researching antimonide-based Type-II superlattice (T2SL) cooled infrared detectors. It pioneered the mass production and engineering application of such detectors domestically, with proven capabilities in R&D and manufacturing of high-end advanced devices, including MWIR, LWIR, large-format arrays, and high-operating-temperature (HOT) detectors.
Leading Technological Achievements
SensorMicro leads the development trend of SWaP³ technology in the industry, and is far ahead of similar products in the fields of large-format array, small pixel, high-temperature operation, miniaturization, high performance, and low power consumption.
Complete Supply Chain
From cutting-edge chip design, precise cooler manufacturing, to high vacuum packaging processes, we have achieved stable supply chain, reliable quality, and significant cost advantages with integrated technology.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Pseudo Color?
Pseudo color, also called false color, transforms the thermal distribution of objects into visual pictures through the infrared thermal imaging system, displayed on the monitor in grey level or pseudo color. This enables obtaining the temperature distribution of objects. To make thermal analysis easier visually, false colors representing temperature differences are used.
How many pseudo color options does SensoMicro's thermal imaging module offer?
The thermal imaging module offers multiple pseudo color palettes including: White Hot, Lava, Ironbow, Hot Iron, Medical, Arctic, Rainbow1, Rainbow2, and Red Hot.
