Product Description
EYAS1212 Cooled Thermal Core

EYAS1212 Mega Pixel 1280x1024 / 12μm MCT MWIR Cooled Infrared Module for Fast Integration

Product Description

EYAS1212 is a high resolution analog-digital cooled infrared module based on 1280x1024 formats 12μm pitch IR FPA.

This AD module includes a proximity board that provides the FPA timing, and the sensitive power supplies. In addition, the Camera Link interface outputs 16bit raw data which highly simplifies the integration of the detector to the system.

Therefore, EYAS1212 AD module makes it easy for OEM customers to carry out fast acceptance test on C1212M 1280x1024 / 12μm cooled infrared detector, start rapid secondary development and shorten their development period of cooled infrared modules or complete infrared thermal cameras or systems based on cooled infrared detectors.

SensorMicro is a supplier of infrared detectors sensors and OEM thermal camera cores. We have more than 10 years of experience in the infrared thermal imaging industries. We have professional after-sales service team to provide customers with professional reply. For any questions or problems, please contact us at any time, we will be in the first time for you to answer.

FAQs

1. What are the characteristics of cooled & uncooled infrared focal plane detector?

Infrared focal plane detectors can be divided into cooled infrared focal plane detector and uncooled infrared focal plane detector. Cooled infrared detector works at a low temperature vacuum environment with high sensitivity and can distinguish more subtle temperature differences, while uncooled infrared focal plane detector does not need a cryogenic environment and can work at room temperature.

2. What can infrared imaging be used for?

-Night vision

-Search & rescue

-Non-destructive test

-Epidemic prevention

-Thermography

-Security & monitoring

-Firefighting

3. What is MCT/HgCdTe detector?

MCT, also called HgCdTe, refers to Mercury-Cadmium-Tellurid which is a chemical compound of cadmium telluride (CdTe) and mercury telluride (HgTe) and a common material in photodetectors. MCT/ HgCdTe detector is a photoconductive detector that operates at a cryogenic environment and can detect infrared radiation. It is more sensitive than the thermal sensors.
