C615S LWIR integrated dewar cooler assembly is one of T2SL cooled infrared detectors developed by Global Sensor Technology (GST). It is a 640x512 / 15µm Type II Superlattice (T2SL), Integrated Detector Cooler Assembly (IDCA), designed for high performance 7.7~9.5μm Long Wave Infrared (LWIR) wavebands.
With 640x512 resolution and reduced pixel pitch to 15µm, the C615S LWIR integrated dewar cooler assembly provides clear image and superior performance. It features in most advanced technology, high quantum efficiency, high frame rate, high sensitivity, low noise, best non-uniformity etc.
As a LWIR detector, it presents high performance under the conditions of sand or dust climate and will not be affected by sunlight flicker or any high temperature flame.
