Tailored exclusively for security and surveillance camera systems, the MICO612 thermal module delivers reliable 24/7 thermal imaging performance for all monitoring scenarios. Powered by a high-performance uncooled infrared camera core with 640×512 resolution and 12μm pixel pitch, this module effectively captures object heat radiation and delivers clear thermal images regardless of total darkness, low light, strong backlight and complex environmental interferences.
It enables precise early warning of abnormal temperature changes and real-time threat identification, greatly improving environmental situational awareness for security monitoring. Adopting self-developed mainstream wafer-level infrared detector and dedicated high-efficiency ASIC chip, the thermal module features excellent compatibility and cost-effectiveness. With ultra-compact SWaP design (22.2×22.2×27.2mm dimension, 30.3±2g weight, 680mW low power consumption) and multi-format video output including CVBS, USB and MIPI, it supports plug-and-play integration, minimizing structural design and secondary development costs for rapid mass deployment in critical infrastructure, industrial park and public security monitoring projects.
