Designed for rigorous industrial and outdoor applications, the iTL608 infrared thermal camera core delivers outstanding stability and durability alongside miniaturized high performance. Its ultra-compact and lightweight structure ensures easy integration into compact portable industrial devices without compromising structural stability.
Adopting mature VOx uncooled infrared detection technology, the core provides consistent 640×512 high-definition thermal imaging and reliable ≤30mK temperature sensitivity, ensuring accurate and repeatable detection results in long-term industrial operation. The integrated NUC and 3DNR algorithms effectively eliminate image distortion and noise interference caused by environmental changes, maintaining stable image quality in complex conditions.
With an ultra-wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, it resists extreme cold and heat, adapting to harsh industrial sites, outdoor field operations, and all-weather monitoring scenarios. Fast startup, high-frame-rate transmission and rich interface compatibility further ensure efficient and stable long-term operation of industrial thermal imaging systems.
