The iTL608 is an ultra-compact, high-integration uncooled infrared thermal camera core built for portable and demanding imaging applications. Boasting a miniature form factor of 13 × 13 × 18.3 mm—roughly the size of a human thumb—and a lightweight weight of 6.7 ±1.5 g (with a 6 mm lens), it sets a new benchmark for SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power) optimization in its product class.
Equipped with a high-performance VOx infrared detector and featuring an 8μm ultra-small pixel design paired with 640 × 512 resolution, the core delivers exceptional thermal sensitivity with NETD ≤ 30mK, enabling precise detection of subtle temperature variations. Operating within the 8-14μm long-wave infrared (LWIR) band, it achieves accurate identification of standard ambient-temperature targets.
