Enable 24-hour all-weather precise detection with the iTL608 high-sensitivity infrared thermal camera core. Working in the 8-14μm long-wave infrared band, the core effectively captures thermal radiation of ambient targets, realizing uninterrupted detection regardless of strong light, darkness, or haze weather.
Equipped with 8μm ultra-fine pixels and 640×512 high resolution, it presents detailed thermal imaging pictures, while the ultra-low NETD ≤30mK sensitivity ensures accurate identification of subtle temperature anomalies and hidden targets. Fast ≤6-second startup and 30Hz/50Hz smooth frame rates eliminate imaging lag, meeting real-time monitoring and dynamic target tracking demands.
NUC and 3DNR intelligent algorithms optimize night imaging quality, reducing blurring and noise. With excellent environmental adaptability from -40°C to +70°C, it works stably in all seasons and complex environments, widely used in perimeter security, night patrol monitoring, fire temperature detection, and safety early warning systems.

Metal packaging uses metal tube shell, thermoelectric cooler (TEC) and columnar getter. The TEC plays an important role of stabilizing the working temperature so that the infrared detector works at room temperature, thereby improving the ability of thermal imaging sensors to adapt to extreme environments, such as heavy fog, rain and snow etc.
But the disadvantage is that the cost is too high, accounting for more than 60% of the total cost of the entire uncooled products production, and causing a long production cycle. Such packaging method is for high-end applications.
