Engineered for portable thermal imaging system integration, the iTL608 is a high-integration uncooled LWIR thermal camera core with superior size-weight-performance balance. Measuring merely 13 × 13 × 18.3 mm and weighing 6.7±1.5g with a 6mm lens, it minimizes device volume and load for portable product design.

Integrated with a premium VOx infrared detector, it offers 640 × 512 resolution at 8μm pixel pitch and outstanding thermal sensitivity under 30mK, ensuring accurate detection of minor temperature variations in ambient scenarios. It supports rapid 6-second boot-up, 30/50Hz switchable frame rates, and built-in NUC and 3DNR image optimization to deliver consistent, low-noise thermal footage.

With a full working temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, it sustains stable operation in harsh outdoor and industrial environments. Compatible with multiple lenses and mainstream interfaces including MIPI, USB 2.0 and BT.656, and supporting RAW/YUV output plus serial/I2C control, the iTL608 cuts R&D costs and shortens time-to-market for wearable devices, night vision and security surveillance devices.
