TIMO112 is a compact thermal sensor module featuring an ultra-compact design that simplifies package integration. It combines optical lens, 120x90/12μm wafer level package (WLP) long wave infrared detector, and basic image processing circuitry to rapidly capture thermal images and heat distribution data of target areas.
This infrared camera module is fully optimized for small size, light weight, and low price (SWaP) to meet stringent customer requirements in infrared thermal imaging applications while maintaining superior image quality. Its miniature structure, compact packaging dimensions, and ultra-low power consumption make it ideal for integration into various inspection tools, security monitoring cameras, and handheld infrared thermal imagers.
