The iTL1208 8μm megapixel infrared camera core balances extreme miniaturization and stable performance in rugged scenarios. This thermal module features compact design, lightweight structure, and power consumption as low as 1W. Its ultra-light 35.7g weight and compact cubic structure prevent structural installation failure on vibration-prone mobile and handheld equipment.
The high-grade 8μm infrared detector maintains steady ≤30mK thermal detection sensitivity amid fluctuating ambient temperatures, while built-in image optimization algorithms suppress haze, noise, and low-light imaging distortion. With durable universal interfaces and multi-lens adaptability, this camera core operates reliably for outdoor perimeter monitoring, on-site high-temperature industrial testing, and low-visibility fire and disaster rescue missions under tough field conditions.
Enhanced image algorithms and temperature measurement function enable the iTL1208 thermal module to present ultra-clear thermal images.
- Extreme Lightweight Design - Compact size of 22.6×22.6×34.5mm and weight of 35.7g (including 12mm lens), featuring among the highest levels of integration in its class
- High Sensitivity, Precise Detection - 8μm ultra-small pixel size with 1280×1024 resolution, delivering fine detail and clear images with typical NETD ≤ 30mK for reliable detection of subtle temperature differences
- Simplified Development, Fast Integration - Multiple optical lens options available to meet diverse application requirements, supports MIPI CSI image output interface, RAW and YUV image data output with control via serial port/I2C

The iTL1208 thermal imaging module can be widely used in fields of Forest Firefighting, Power Maintenance, Photovoltaic Inspection, Security Monitoring, Wearable Devices, Portable Devices, and more.
- High sensitivity and excellent performance with world-leading technology in infrared industry
- Various infrared detectors available including both uncooled and cooled IR detectors in different formats and pixel sizes
- Volume production to ensure fast delivery with three production lines and annual production capability up to millions of detectors
NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) is the temperature difference between the target and the background when the detector output signal-to-noise ratio is equal to 1. It measures the sensitivity of infrared detectors.
The smaller the NETD an infrared detector has, the higher thermal sensitivity and better image quality it provides. Smaller temperature differences between target and background require higher thermal sensitivity detectors.
Frame rate refers to the number of frames per second of a complete image produced by the infrared module. For targets with fast moving speeds or rapidly changing temperatures, thermal modules with higher frame rates should be selected to maintain measurement accuracy and observation effectiveness.
