The iSE412 infrared camera core is built on high-performance 384×288/12μm ceramic-packaged thermal detector technology. Featuring a professional shutterless design that eliminates mandatory shutter calibration, this module resolves image stuttering and random noise issues common in traditional infrared systems. With versatile functions including super-resolution algorithm enhancement, picture-in-picture display, customizable OSD, sleep mode, and electronic zoom, the module supports multiple video interfaces and optical lenses for seamless integration.
Compact dimensions of 25.4×25.4×22.7mm and bare core weight below 26g enable consistent, smooth thermal detection performance in narrow spaces and harsh environments. Ideal for industrial vision, firefighting rescue, security surveillance, outdoor observation, machine vision, and consumer electronic applications.

Infrared detectors are categorized as cooled or uncooled based on operating temperature and cooling requirements. Uncooled thermal imaging sensors operate at room temperature, offering slower response and relatively lower sensitivity. Cooled infrared detectors operate at cryogenic temperatures because they are essentially photon detectors that require low temperatures to achieve optimal performance.
