RS046H is a split version of the RS046 rotary stirling cooler developed by SensorMicro. While maintaining the same compressor structure as the RS046, the split format RS046H features an even more compact size.
The cold finger in the RS046H dewar cooler has the same diameter as the RS046 cooler but with a shorter length. The split design separating the compressor and cold finger provides flexibility for specialized infrared system designs. Additionally, separating the cooled detector from the vibration source makes the RS046H ideal for applications requiring minimal vibration and specialized conditions.
With its lightweight construction, miniaturized design, and low power consumption, this cryo cooler integrates easily into various terminal products, significantly reducing costs while meeting diverse customer customization requirements.

Cryocoolers maintain sensors at extremely low temperatures to enable thermal imaging during long-term missions. In many high-end applications, the sensors that capture images require these extremely low temperatures to function properly.
Long battery life and reliable operation are the primary factors for measuring cryocooler quality. Our cryocooler features a wide operating temperature range and excellent reliability. With an MTTF (Mean Time to Failures) of 10,000 hours, it meets 24/7 continuous operation requirements.
MTTF (Mean Time to Failure) measures component reliability by indicating how long a part typically lasts before failure and replacement. Fundamentally, it reflects the quality of components—longer-lasting parts provide greater value.
