The iTL1208 is a high-integration uncooled megapixel infrared camera core designed for industrial and embedded thermal vision systems, optimized for optimal SWaP metrics. Equipped with an 8μm pixel pitch 1280×1024 focal plane array detector, the unit features industry-leading miniature physical parameters: 22.6×22.6×34.5mm footprint and 35.7g gross mass with a factory-fitted 12mm optical lens.
The module achieves a typical NETD ≤ 30mK, enabling high-sensitivity detection of minor thermal gradients; built-in image optimization firmware further improves edge definition and image uniformity for harsh field environments. For system integration, the camera core provides multi-lens configurability, standard MIPI CSI-2 image output, RAW and YUV format data output, plus serial port and I2C peripheral control interfaces. Ideal for embedded integration into mobile industrial equipment, handheld thermal imagers, perimeter security systems and fire rescue thermal terminals.
