The iTL1208 is a next-generation megapixel infrared camera core optimized for strict SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power) constraints. Boasting ultra-compact dimensions of 22.6×22.6×34.5 mm and a lightweight 35.7g total weight (equipped with a 12mm lens), this camera core delivers full-spec thermal imaging performance with superior portability.
Integrated with a high-performance 8μm large-format megapixel detector, it achieves 1280×1024 high-definition thermal imagery. Featuring a typical NETD value as low as 30mK and polished by proprietary image enhancement algorithms, the module captures subtle temperature variations and fine thermal details accurately.
Tailored for handheld terminals and mobile carrier platforms, the iTL1208 supports seamless system integration for security monitoring, industrial nondestructive inspection, firefighting and emergency rescue, and other field scenarios that demand miniaturized, high-resolution infrared vision. It supports multiple optional optical lenses, MIPI CSI video output, RAW/YUV dual data output, and serial port/I2C protocol control for convenient secondary development.
- Compact size of 22.6×22.6×34.5mm and a weight of 34.5g (including a 12 mm lens)
- Among the highest levels of integration in its class
- 8μm ultra-small pixel size with 1280 × 1024 resolution, delivering fine detail and clear images
- Typical NETD ≤ 30mK, enabling reliable detection of subtle temperature differences
- Multiple optical lens options available to meet diverse application requirements

Infrared thermal imaging is a method of using infrared radiation and thermal energy to gather information about objects, in order to formulate images of them, or get temperature information of the objects, even in low visibility environments.
Infrared thermal imaging system is a passive non-contact detection and identification of infrared technology. It focuses the infrared radiation of the scene on the focal plane array infrared detector through the infrared optical system that can pass through infrared radiation. The thermal detector converts the radiation signal of different intensity into the corresponding electrical signal, and then through amplification and video processing, forms the infrared image that can be observed by the naked eyes.
