The Mini212G2 uncooled infrared miniature module integrates a 256x192/12μm wafer level package (WLP) uncooled VOx infrared detector and high-performance signal processing circuit. This lightweight thermal imaging module features an optional thermographic function with temperature measurement range from -20℃ to 550℃ for industrial applications.

Built on SensorMicro's self-developed TIMO212 infrared module, this solution includes an infrared ISP processing board that enables direct output of temperature matrices and thermal images, significantly reducing development workload.
