The TIMO112 is an uncooled infrared miniature module designed for multiple industries. It features a self-developed 120*90/12μm wafer-level detector, wafer-level optical lens, and micro-electromagnetic valve shutter, enabling precise temperature data capture and heat distribution analysis for specific target areas.
This compact infrared module integrates wafer-level packaging technology and provides SDK with standard interfaces, making it easy to integrate for secondary development applications.
