The iSE612 is an uncooled thermal camera module integrating a 640×512 / 12μm uncooled FPA infrared detector. It delivers high sensitivity, stable performance, and clear imaging quality in challenging environments including total darkness, thick fog, heavy rain, snow, and sand storms.
The iSE612 infrared thermal module is designed for Industrial Vision, Firefighting and Rescue, Security Surveillance, Outdoor Observation, Machine Vision, and Consumer Electronics applications.
To meet diverse user requirements, the iSE612 supports super-resolution algorithms, picture-in-picture, customizable OSD, sleep mode, electronic zoom, and other advanced features. It offers multiple video interfaces and lens options for easy integration, with SWaP-optimized design delivering exceptional image quality in limited space.

It depends on the actual needs and applications of your products, and price is also a factor that needs to be considered. If image quality requirements are not high, you can choose infrared detectors with lower resolution such as 120×90, 256×192, or 400×300. If you need very clear images for special purposes such as remote monitoring, you can choose high-resolution infrared detectors of 1280×1024.
- The gray white palette is more suitable for targets with small temperature differences
- The red and blue palette is more suitable for scenes where problem points need to be identified
- The iron red palette is the standard color palette for the power industry
Note: Regardless of which palette you choose, the thermal temperature measurements will not change.
- Standard lenses can meet normal targets at appropriate distances
- Telephoto lenses are suitable for relatively small targets that need to be viewed from long distances
- Wide angle lenses are better for seeing more detail of objects at close distances
- Macro lenses are designed for viewing very tiny targets at close distances, such as chip circuits
