The iSE612 is an uncooled thermal imaging module from SensorMicro, featuring advanced shutterless infrared technology for superior performance in security surveillance and industrial applications.
Powered by self-developed 640×512/12μm ceramic-packaging ApexCore thermal detector, the iSE612 shutterless infrared camera core features NETD≤20mK. It removes shutter-related stutter and noise, supports super-resolution and multiple interfaces. With tiny size and light weight, it is a reliable thermal module for machine vision, industrial inspection and professional surveillance systems.

Infrared focal plane arrays are classified by cooling method into cooled and uncooled thermal imaging detectors. Cooled FPA infrared detectors typically use Dewar bottle/quick start throttling refrigerator or Dewar bottle/Stirling cycle refrigerator systems. Uncooled FPA thermal IR detectors operate at room temperature and serve as the core of uncooled thermal imaging systems. The most common heat-sensitive materials include vanadium oxide (Vox) and amorphous silicon (a-Si), with vanadium oxide being the mainstream choice due to its high temperature resistance coefficient and superior thermal sensitivity.
