The iHA608W thermal module is specially developed for medical diagnosis. Integrated with our self-developed wafer level packaging 640×512/8μm infrared detector, this medical diagnosis thermal module features a smaller size that guarantees lower integration costs. It enables faster development of medical and health markets at all levels, making thermal imaging technology accessible to the public.
Using thermal imaging technology, doctors can perform 100% safe, radiation-free, non-invasive, non-contact full body checkups to avoid unnecessary testing procedures. The heat distribution in various parts of the human body can be quickly visualized to early detect and diagnose physical abnormalities, making further treatment easier and more effective.
